Housing Discrimination Intake Interviewing

The Housing Opportunity Project of the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights holds neighborhood housing discrimination intake clinics for individuals who have experienced discrimination based on various protected classes including race, national origin, and source of income.

The Project seeks attorneys to assist with intake at these clinics and/or represent individuals by filing housing discrimination complaints.

Chicago Lawyers’ Committee implements community-based solutions that advance civil rights and secure racial equity and economic opportunity for all. Attorneys represent students at expulsion hearings, fight housing discrimination, represent pro se litigants in federal court settlements, and represent victims of hate crimes and discrimination.
