Divorce in East Central Illinois (Champaign County)

We have many clients in need of help with divorces involving children throughout our service territory. We talk to the clients first, finding out if the case is relatively uncontested before referring it to a pro bono attorney. These clients need help with the divorce pleadings, including parenting plans, and setting up child support. Land of Lincoln does family law training on a regular basis that is offered free of charge to our pro bono volunteers. The Eastern Regional Office serves Champaign, Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, DeWitt, Douglas, Edgar, Effingham, Ford, Jasper, Moultrie, Piatt, and Vermilion Counties.

Land of Lincoln provides free legal help to low income people in 65 counties in central and southern Illinois. We have 5 regional offices: Alton, Carbondale, Champaign, East St. Louis, and Springfield. Our Legal Advice and Referral Center serves all counties.
